We had the great pleasure of working with Shana for our wedding this December. We hired her for partial planning so that we could have her support throughout the entire process. Fortunately for us, we benefitted from her creativity, insights, organization, and guidance from the onset of our planning and the end result was nothing short of spectacular.
Shana and her team not only helped us plan our entire wedding day but also went above and beyond in the days leading up to the wedding, taking care of each and every single aspect of our day and managing our vendors (and families) with professionalism and grace. The day of the wedding was stress-free because we knew Dreamweaver had everything in control.

We are so, so glad we hired Shana as our wedding planner. Shana was always responsive and professional, and it was incredible to see how she took my Pinterest board and turned it into the wedding we wanted (even when we didn't really know what we wanted!). It was the most difficult part of the planning process for me - carefully handpicking each of my vendors and trusting that they would be the perfect fit to help my vision come to life. Let me tell you... the easiest decision was choosing to hire Dream Weaver Events! Shana and her team were beyond anything I could've hoped for! Shana was my GO TO for anything and everything. She was always there to offer advice & always made sure any issues were resolved in a quick & professional manner. I truly don't know what I would've done without them - for the weeks leading up to my wedding and ESPECIALLY on the day of. Highly recommend to anyone getting married looking for a coordinator! When I met Shana for the first time I knew that she would be an amazing wedding planner, as she shared her journey and displayed passion for her work. She came extremely prepared, asked the right questions and brought to light factors I had not even considered in the planning process. She really helped put me at ease with her experience and expertise and provided invaluable guidance to aid in the decision making process.
Shana and her team were so accommodating to our needs. As subject matter experts, they came through in every way. She managed the big picture by developing the order of events, communicated with all our vendors and took care of the minor details while consulting us throughout. To highlight a few examples, our signage was damaged the night before the wedding and I didn’t realize I had forgotten my groom’s gift at home until the morning of. Just hours before the ceremony, Shana drove out of town to pick up customized replacement signage, drove to our home and picked up my gift and returned to the hotel in time for our first looks. Shana worked tirelessly with our vendors to incorporate our desired changes and made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be according to schedule.
Shana and her team made our day come together beautifully. We are overjoyed with the turnout and will cherish the memories forever. Thank you Shana and the Dream Weaver team!

I always knew I wanted to have a day-of coordinator for our wedding to help keep us on track day-of, and to help put out any fires so that my now-husband or I wouldn't have to stress out. Everything that makes your dream wedding day come together Shana has covered. Shana was there weeks before, the evening before and she was back at the door bright and early the day of to be my side.
They are an incredible team! They come prepared for any and every obstacle you may run into and when something does come up, no matter how bizarre the scenario, they are on it.
They communicated with all the vendors, Master of Ceremony, and venue to make sure everything happened at the right time. They cued our ceremony so it went smoothly. They oversaw the order of events. They made sure the dessert table was never running low. They made sure no strangers came into our event. They did anything and everything I would not have been able to do myself.
I can’t imagine how stressful my day would have been trying to arrange everything myself - I panic just thinking about it! Shana and her team made our day come together and I am so happy I was able to share our day with them and have them join in on our wedding memories!
